Jarra 558
La cafetera de moka con el número de modelo «558» se ha convertido, sin duda, en uno de los clásicos ocultos de la fábrica de cerámica de Hedwig Bollhagen. Esta cafetera de moka, de una sencillez atemporal, marcó el diseño cotidiano de la antigua RDA y hoy está siendo redescubierta por los amantes del diseño. Se caracteriza por la forma cilíndrica y rectilínea del cuerpo, el pico largo, elegantemente curvado y antigoteo, y el asa sin adornos. La altura total, incluida la tapa con el asa en forma de seta, es de 20 centímetros. Con una capacidad de 0,7 litros, la cafetera no es ni demasiado pequeña ni demasiado grande. La gran funcionalidad de esta cafetera modernista y multifuncional, combinada con la máxima maestría artesanal, se ajusta a la máxima de Hedwig Bollhagen. «Lo bello es lo que funciona», era su lema.
